Zesty Salisbury Steaks
We used lean ground beef and barbecue sauce to make this easy version of Salisbury Steaks.

Total Time: 35 minutes
1. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, egg, 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce, salt and pepper. Beat well. Add ground beef. Mix until combined. Portion and shape into 6 oval patties, about 3/4-inch thick. Place in shallow baking pan, coated with cooking spray. Spread remaining sauce over meat.
2. Bake at 375° F about 25 minutes or until done (160 degrees F). Do not turn patties while baking. Serve hot.
