Directions:

Cook couscous according to package directions. Cook the veggie burger according to package directions and cut into small cubes. Pour oil into a skillet on medium heat. Add prepared couscous and burger cubes to the skillet and mix. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes and serve.

Notes:
I got this idea from pork-fried rice I missed after becoming a vegetarian. Couscous cooks faster and is fun to eat.
