Vegetarian Stroganoff Casserole

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 pkg Vegetarian dry brown gravy mix (the kind that requires 2c water)
- 1 tsp each: salt, pepper, red pepper flakes
- 16 oz sour cream or reduced-fat sour cream
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
In two separate pots, cook the egg noodles and gravy. When the egg noodles are done, drain and put into a large mixing bowl. In the meantime, heat olive oil in a saute pan. Add onions, garlic; add Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters(TM) Grillers® Recipe Crumbles(TM). Stir until heated through, adding salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Add Recipe Crumbles(TM) to the bowl with the noodles. Slowly add the gravy; you don't need to use all of it, so add it slowly. You don't want it to be watery, but you do want everything fully covered in gravy. Mix. Let cool for about 15 min. Stir in sour cream and 3/4 of the cheese. Mix well. Transfer to a baking dish and top with the rest of the cheese. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes and then 5 to 10 minutes uncovered, until bubbly.
