
Turkey Sausage Stuffing
With this easy recipe, no need to wait for the holidays, you can serve stuffing any day of the week. It's great with roast pork or chicken.

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces lean turkey sausage
- 2/3 cups chopped onions
- 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 6 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal Buy Now
- 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
Directions:
1. In 2-quart saucepan, cook sausage, onions and celery until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, mixing only until combined. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with lid or foil.
2. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove lid or foil the last 15 minutes to brown surface. Serve hot.
