Tomatoes Provencale
A garlic-seasoned, cereal topping adds crunch to baked tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- 6 large tomatoes
- 4 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal Buy Now
- or 1 cup Kellogg's® Corn Flake Crumbs Buy Now
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Cut tomatoes in half, crosswise. Score cut surface lightly. Place cut side
up in shallow baking pan. Set aside.
2. Combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, margarine, salt, parsley and
garlic in small mixing bowl. Spread crumbs mixture over cut surface of tomatoes,
pressing gently.
3. Bake at 400° F about 10 minutes or until cereal topping is lightly browned.
Serve hot.
