Tex-Mex Meat Loaves

If your family loves Tex-Mex food, give these individual meat loaves a try. They feature traditional Tex-Mex flavors in personal-sized, home style meat loaves.

  • 2 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal Buy Now
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar


1. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, egg, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add ground beef. Mix only until combined. Portion and shape into 6 small loaves. Place in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.

3. In small bowl, combine chili sauce, sugar, mustard and vinegar. Brush or spoon over loaves.

4. Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes or until done (160 degrees F). Serve hot.
