Tangy Porkchops

Lime juice is the secret ingredient that gives these oven-fried pork chops real zest.

1. Place KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal in shallow bowl or pan. Set aside.

2. Beat egg, seasonings, milk and lime juice together in second shallow bowl or pan.

3. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then in crumbs. Place in single layer on baking pan
coated with cooking spray or foil lined. Spray chops lightly with cooking spray.

4. Bake at 350° F about 1 hour or until chops are tender and no longer pink. Serve
