1. Melt butter in large saucepan. Add corn syrup and chocolate-flavor
caramel roll candies; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until Tootsie Rolls are just melted. Remove from heat.
2. Add KELLOGG'S CORN POPS cereal and stir until well-coated.
3. Spread mixture on waxed paper or buttered baking sheet. Cool slightly. Pull apart into bite size pieces. Cool thoroughly.
