This cinnamony-sweet crunch topping adds an instant burst of flavor (not to mention fiber, vitamins and minerals!) to fruit, yogurt, ice cream or cottage cheese. It's simple to mix and make, and out of the oven in 20 minutes flat. Keep some on hand - it's your perfect weapon to fight snack-time boredom.

1. Blend together water, honey and cinnamon. Pour over cereal in a large
bowl. Immediately toss to moisten.
2. Gently spread on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 325°F about 15 to
20 minutes until dry and crisp. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
SUGGESTED USES: Sprinkle on cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, stewed fruit or
cottage cheese. Use as a baking ingredient.
VARIATION: After 10 minutes of baking time, sprinkle 2 teaspoons of grated
orange or lemon peel over mixture. Stir gently. Continue baking about 10
minutes longer as directed above.
