Streusel All-Bran Original Muffins
A sweet, streusel topping lends a coffeecake-like flair to these muffins.

Ingredients:

- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine 3 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
2. In medium bowl combine 1 1/4 cups flour, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
3. In large bowl combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN ORIGINAL cereal, milk, applesauce and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Let stand about 4 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg whites, oil and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in raisins. Portion batter evenly into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray or lined with foil bake cups. Sprinkle with topping.
4. Bake at 400° F for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
