Spicy Black Bean Burgers on Ciabatta Buns with Curried Mango Relish

- 1 cup prepared mango chutney
- 1 medium shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burgers Buy Now
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil, for grill rack
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for rolls
- 1 1/2 cup watercress, cleaned and dried
Heat the gas grill to medium-high. In a small saucepan on the heated grill, stir together your mango chutney, shallot, cider vinegar, curry powder, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook until mixture is well-incorporated and thickened (about 5 minutes). Remove pan from grill and set aside to keep curried mango relish warm. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Put frozen Morningstar Farms® Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burgers on the grill, flipping once after 3 minutes. Cook for another 4 minutes to finish. A few minutes before the burgers are ready, brush ciabatta rolls with olive oil and put on the grill to toast lightly. When everything is ready, assemble burgers. Place a generous amount of curried mango relish on top of the patties, follow with a handful of watercress, and sandwich the patties inside the toasted rolls. Enjoy!
