  • 1 box whole-wheat, whole-grain spaghetti
  • 12 oz
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 8 oz parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp black pepper, ground
  • 48 oz chunky tomato sauce


Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the spaghetti and let sit. Cook crumbles in skillet according to package directions. Remove from heat and let sit. Pour olive oil into separate skillet on medium heat and add chopped onion. Let cook until onions are soft and slightly golden. Add pepper and stir well. Add cooked crumbles to onion mixture. Heat tomato sauce in pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add oregano to sauce. Once sauce is warm, combine with spaghetti, crumbles, and onions and stir. Serve spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.

-Be careful when handling the Grillers Crumbles; you don't want to mix it around to much to avoid it falling apart.
-You can also add garlic with the onion for more flavor, or sprinkle garlic powder in with Grillers Crumbles. A meat seasoning is anoth
