  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
  • 1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper

1. In food processor bowl place cream cheese, roasted peppers and garlic. Cover and process until smooth.

2. Stir in red pepper, green pepper and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with crackers.

*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
