Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups Kellogg's® Honey Smacks® cereal
  • OR
  • 4 cups Kellogg's® Corn Pops® cereal Buy Now

Directions:

1. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in small mixing bowl. Set aside.

2. Measure butter, sugar, and vanilla into large mixing bowl; beat until light and fluffy. Add sifted dry ingredients; mix until combined. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in KELLOGG'S SMACKS cereal, pressing lightly into dough; place on ungreased baking sheets.

3. Bake at 350° about 16 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove immediately from baking sheets; cool on wire racks.

Note

Variations: Shape dough around half a pitted date or pecan half, if desired.
