Pot O' Roquefort

- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. In medium bowl stir together cream cheese, cottage cheese, Roquefort cheese, mushrooms, mayonnaise, green onion, salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
