Pork Strips with Salsa

Inventive cooks are always looking for new dishes. These Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal and sesame coated strips of pork fit the bill. Serve them with salsa for an easy dipping sauce.

  • 4 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal Buy Now
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup fat-free skim milk
  • 6 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick, about 1 1/2 pounds
  • 1 1/2 cup salsa


1. In shallow bowl or pan, combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, salt and sesame seeds. In second shallow bowl or pan, place flour. Place milk in small bowl.

2. Cut excess fat off pork chops. Cut each into 4 strips, 1/2-inch thick. Coat each strip with flour, then dip in milk and coat with cereal mixture. Place in single layer in shallow pan coated with cooking spray or foil lined.

3. Bake at 350° F about 25 minutes or until meat is tender and no longer pink. Do not cover or turn pork while baking. Serve hot with salsa.
