This delicious dessert is a little different from ordinary fruit crisp--it separates layers of baked pudding with slices of peaches. Serve it warm-from-the-oven with frozen yogurt or whipped dessert topping.

1. In small mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs.
Beat well. Stir in nutmeg, vanilla, bread cubes and KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES
cereal. Spread half the mixture over bottom of 10 x 6 x 2-inch (1 1/2-qt.) glass baking
dish coated with cooking spray. Cover with peaches. Sprinkle with lemon juice and
cover with remaining cereal mixture.
2. Bake at 375° about 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with whipped
topping or frozen yogurt, if desired.
