Crisp fish fillets straight from the oven make an easy weeknight dinner. Just add a deli salad for a complete meal.

1. Place crushed KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal or KELLOGG'S Corn Flake Crumbs in shallow dish. Set aside.
2. Cut fish into serving pieces allowing about 1/4 pound for each serving.
3. Combine milk and salt in small dish. Dip fish in milk, then in cereal to coat. Place on shallow baking pan coated well with cooking spray or lined with foil and coated with cooking spray. Drizzle fish with vegetable oil.
4. Bake at 375° F about 20 minutes or until fish flakes and is done. For food safety, the internal temperature of the fish should be a minimum of 145ºF. Serve hot.
