Ingredients:

  • 1 box
  • 1 pkg ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
  • 1 cup vegenaise
  • 1/2 cup soy oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

Cook patties according to package directions. Let cool. Chop and set aside. In a large bowl, mix seasoning packet from Ramen Noodles, Vegenaise, oil, soy sauce and vinegar. Add cabbage, onions, celery, almonds, sesame seeds and patties. Mix until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle with crushed Ramen Noodles just before serving.
