No-Bake Fruitcake

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 cup chopped pitted dates
  • 3/4 cup golden raisins
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup chopped mixed candied fruit
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract

Directions:

1. In large bowl stir together graham crumbs, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Add dates, raisins, walnuts and candied fruit. Mix well.

2. Stir together water, evaporated milk and rum extract. Gradually stir into crumb mixture. Press firmly into 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan lined with foil. Tightly cover with foil. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
