Total Time: 4 hour 20 minutes
1. In small bowl stir together crumbs and 2 tablespoons sugar. Add margarine or butter. Toss until combined. Press on bottom and up sides of 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until firm.
2. In small saucepan combine 1 cup sugar and gelatin. Add water. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar and gelatin dissolve. Cool.
3. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat until combined. Gradually add gelatin mixture, beating until well mixed.
4. Pour into chilled crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.
