Muesli Banana Split Dessert Sundaes

Banana splits don’t always have to be decadent! This version features a creamy, smooth scoop of low-fat, frozen yogurt nestled around ripe bananas and sweet strawberries finished with a handful of muesli. All of this deliciousness is yours with more than half the calories and fat of a traditional banana split slashed.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 8 total pieces
  • 2 cups low-fat, frozen strawberry yogurt or other flavor low-fat, frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup
  • OR
  • 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries or other sliced fresh fruit

Directions:

1. In each of 4 dessert cups or bowls, place 2 pieces of banana. Add 1/2 cup frozen yogurt to each. Top with muesli and sliced strawberries.
