Meatless Shepherd's Pie

- 1 box
- 1 box instant mashed potatoes
- 12 oz beef or vegetarian gravy
- 15 oz peas
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is preheating, cook recipe crumbles according to package directions and make instant mashed potatoes. Cook gravy. Then cook peas and carrots, draining the juice after. Mix the peas and carrots with the crumbles. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of your pan. Then top evenly with gravy. Spread mashed potatoes on top of the gravy. Bake for 30-45 minutes. The dish will be done when the mashed potatoes are slightly 'crispy' on the top and still soft on the inside.
~If you decide to use gravy,it must be a thick gravy and not liquidy,keep in mind you do not have to use it,its more for whomever decides to use real meat in this recipe,if you do decide to use real meat and gravy in the recipe,save a few teaspoons to sprinkle ontop of the mash potato's layer ontop(about 3 teaspoons should do it),it makes it more 'crispier' and browner,if you do not use the gravy,try saving about a half of a half of a cup of the peas and carrots and sprinkle that over the top of the mash potato's. Please remember,if you do not use gravy,it will NOT brown in the oven while its being cooked/baked,even if you are using the real meat~
