Marvelous No-Meat Balls

Remove veggie burgers from freezer and thaw. In a medium-size bowl, crumble veggie burgers into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Mix well. Wet hands and shape the mixture into walnut-sized balls. Compact each ball well so it will hold together when cooking. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Carefully add the veggie burger no-meat balls to the pan and sauté so they are golden on all sides. Note: For Food Safety and Quality, Heat to a Minimum Internal Temperature of 160 degrees F.
These are great in spaghetti sauce, for meatball hoagies (add sauce and cheese to a sub roll). Also can be used with any brown or onion gravy and served over rice or buttered noodles.
