Layered Taco Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package (1 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup Kellogg's® Corn Flake Crumbs Buy Now

Directions:

1. In a large fry pan, brown beef. Drain off excess drippings. Stir in taco
seasoning and water. Simmer about 5 minutes. Spoon beef into a 1 1/2-quart
casserole dish.

2. Layer cheese, lettuce, salsa and sour cream over beef. Sprinkle with
KELLOGG'S Corn Flake Crumbs. Serve warm.
