Kellogg's Corn Flakes® Pie Crust
A sweet pie crust made with Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal is the perfect basis for refrigerator pies.
15 minutesTotal Time:
1. In medium mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal and
remaining ingredients. Press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom and on side
of 9-inch pan to form crust.
2. Bake at 350° F about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Fill with ice cream or pudding, chilling until firm. Garnish with ice cream topping,
fruit or whipped topping, if desired.
Yield: 1 pie crust
Prepare crust according to directions in step 1. Form crust in 9-inch
microwave-safe pie plate. Cook at HIGH 1 minute. Cool completely.
FOOD PROCESSOR DIRECTIONS:
Place uncrushed KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal and remaining ingredients
in processor bowl. Using metal blade, process about 30 seconds or until cereal
is fine crumbs. Form crust and follow step 2 above or microwave directions for baking.
