  • 2 cups Kellogg's® Cracklin' Oat Bran® cereal Buy Now
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup seedless raisins


1. Crush KELLOGG'S CRACKLIN OAT BRAN cereal into nugget-size pieces. (Cereal
can be easily crushed by placing it in a plastic bag then crushing with a
rolling pin.) Set aside.

2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Set aside.

3. In large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugars until light and
fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

4. Add crushed KELLOGG'S CRACKLIN' OAT BRAN cereal and flour mixture; mix
until well-combined. Stir in raisins. Drop by level tablespoon onto cookie
sheet coated with cooking spray.

5. Bake at 375° F for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on wire
