Jumbo Kellogg's Corn Flakes™ Cookies


Milk chocolate and peanut butter morsels team up in these giant cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal Buy Now
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter morsels

Directions:

1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add
eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in 2 cups
of the crushed KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal and morsels. Portion, using
1/4-cup measure, into remaining cereal, rolling to coat. Place on baking sheets
coated with cooking spray. Flatten to 3-inches in diameter.

3. Bake at 350° F about 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove immediately
from baking sheets. Cool on wire racks. Store in airtight containers.

Yield: 16 cookies
