Jelly-Filled Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup margarine or butter softened
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup Kellogg's® Corn Flake Crumbs Buy Now
- Raspberry, strawberry or currant jelly
Directions:
1. Stir together flour and salt; set aside.
2. Beat together margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Mix in flour
mixture.
3. Portion dough using level measuring-tablespoon. Shape into balls and roll
in crumbs. Place about 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Make dent
in center of each cookie.
4. Bake in 350° F oven about 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove
from oven and fill indentation with jelly.
