  • 1/3 cup chopped roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped marinated pitted olives, drained
  • 1 tablespoon slivered fresh basil

1. In small bowl stir togther peppers, olives and basil. Top crackers with cheese and olive mixture.
