A traditional hummus recipe with garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice and olive oil, spiced with garlic, pepper and salt.

Total Time: 3 hour 5 minutes

1. Drain beans, reserving liquid. In food processor or blender combine beans, tahini, lemon juice, oil, garlic, pepper, salt and 2 tablespoons of reserved bean liquid. Cover and blend until smooth.

2. Refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors. Garnish as desired. Serve with Kelloggs® Town House® Pita Crackers Mediterranean Herb.
