  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1. In food processor bowl process artichoke hearts until finely chopped. In large bowl stir together artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.

2. Spoon into 1-quart casserole or 9-inch pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350°F about 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
