Honey Bran Bread
A full cup of golden, luscious honey adds sweetness and depth to this fragrant quick bread. Serve it warm from the oven, slathered with fresh creamery butter and warm orange marmalade ? a perfect teatime treat.

Ingredients:
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal
- or 1 1/2 cups Kellogg's® All-Bran® Bran Buds® cereal Buy Now
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup shortening
Directions:
1. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, milk and honey. Let
stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add eggs and shortening. Beat well.
Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Spread evenly in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan
coated with cooking spray..
3. Bake at 350° F about 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes
out clean. Cool completely on wire rack before slicing.
