Herb Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
- 1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Directions:
1. In small bowl stir together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, chives, sour cream and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. Serve with crackers.
*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
