Kellogg’s® Eggo® Pancakes, Buttermilk
- 48 ea (24 oz) Bacon
- 24 ea (12 oz) Cheddar cheese
- 24 ea (12 oz) Mozzarella cheese
1. Lay pancakes on a clean work surface.
2. Layer 2 oz bacon and 1/2 oz each cheese between 2 pancakes.
3. Add sandwich to pan with butter, cook on low to medium heat for 2 ½ minutes per side in a non-stick pan and cheese begins to melt.
