Garbanzo Bean Puree and Beef by Chef Ben Ford

1. In small saucepan combine beans and cream. Cook and stir over low heat until hot. Partially mash beans. Stir in blue cheese, completely mashing beans. Add 1 tablespoon rosemary. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired.
2. Spread bean mixture on crackers. Top each with piece of beef and rosemary sprig, if desired.
