Fruity Cheddar Muffins
These muffins take their flavor cue from fruit and cheese appetizer trays.

1. In large mixing bowl, stir together KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES
cereal,flour, baking powder, salt and paprika. With pastry blender,
cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg,
milk, cheese and dried fruit, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly
into twelve 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
2. Bake at 425° F about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
