Feta Yogurt Dip

The salty, pungent flavor of feta cheese delightfully complements bell pepper in this easy dip.

  • 1 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse grind pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped red bell pepper or seeded, finely chopped tomato


1. In small bowl stir together feta cheese, yogurt, garlic, oregano, lemon peel and pepper. Stir in pepper or tomato.

2. Serve immediately with Special K craclers or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Stir before serving with crackers.
