1. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, mincemeat, fruit and nuts. Mix
2. Add KELLOGG'S Corn Flake Crumbs and baking soda; stir well. Pour batter
into 9-inch tube or Bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake 2 hours at 300° F or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
