Easy Coffeecake
The perfect breakfast treat for weekend guests or lazy Sunday mornings. This deliciousl All-Bran® cereal coffee cake can be made ahead, stored in the refrigerator overnight and baked just before serving. A lovely (and simple) way to start the day.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® Complete® Wheat Flakes cereal Buy Now
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened

- 1 1/2 cups Kellogg's® All-Bran® Complete® Wheat Flakes cereal Buy Now
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 egg whites
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl, mixing until evenly combined.
Set aside for topping.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine the 1 1/2 cups KELLOGG'S COMPLETE Wheat Flakes cereal, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir in
buttermilk, 1/4 cup butter, and egg whites, beating until thoroughly combined.
Spread batter evenly in lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Sprinkle
reserved cereal topping evenly over batter. Cover pan tightly. Refrigerate
overnight or bake immediately.
3. Bake at 350° F about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and wooden pick
inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm.
