Curried Bran Barley
Scented with orange, raisins and curry, this barley pilaf calls to mind the sun-washed flavors of Morocco. Serve it with a lively, slow-simmered chicken or vegetable tagine for a refreshing change of pace from rice or noodles.

Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal
- 1/3 cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® Bran Buds® cereal Buy Now
- 1 cup quick pearled barley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 tablespoons raisins
Directions:
1. In 2-quart saucepan combine water and orange juice. Bring to boil over medium heat.
2. Stir in KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal, barley, salt and curry powder. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer about 20 minutes or until barley is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in raisins. Serve immediately.
