Crunchy Tuna Ball

  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened*
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) chunk white tuna, drained, flaked
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery

1. In medium bowl stir together cream cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Gently stir in tuna and eggs. Refrigerate, if necessary, until firm enough to shape into ball.

2. Shape tuna mixture into ball. Roll in celery. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers.

*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
