Crispy Lemon Dill Fish Fillets

Look no further for a quick antidote to car pools and long commutes--this crunchy-coated, lemon-and-dill-flavored fish makes a delightful evening meal.

  • 2 pounds fish fillets, fresh or frozen thawed
  • 4 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes® cereal Buy Now
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 cup light margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel


1. Rinse and pat fish dry. Cut into 6 pieces. Set aside.

2. Combine KELLOGG'S CORN FLAKES cereal, salt and dill weed in shallow dish or pan. Set aside.

3. In second shallow dish or pan, stir together margarine and lemon peel. Dip fish in margarine mixture. Coat with cereal mixture. Place in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan, coated with cooking spray.

4. Bake at 375° F about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. For food safety, the internal temperature of the fish should be a minimum of 145ºF. Do not cover pan or turn fish while baking. Serve hot.
