Creamy Mixed Berry Pie

  • 2 1/2 cups Kellogg's® Cracklin' Oat Bran® cereal Buy Now
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 package (3 oz.) raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen cranberry-orange relish
  • 1 envelope (1.3 oz.) powdered whipped topping mix
  • 1/2 cup skim milk


1. Place cereal and margarine in food processor bowl or electric blender container. Process until cereal is broken into fine crumbs and margarine is thoroughly mixed. Press mixture evenly and firmly in bottom and on sides of 9-inch pie pan.

2. Bake in 350°F oven about 5 minutes or until crust starts to brown. Cool completely.

3. Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in cranberry-orange relish. Refrigerate
until slightly thickened.

4. Prepare powdered whipped topping mix according to package directions using milk and omitting vanilla. Fold into slightly thicken gelatin mixture. Pour into cooled cereal crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Serve garnished with additional topping, if desired.
