Corn Custard

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz., 2 cups) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® Original cereal
  • 1/3 cup Kellogg's® All-Bran® Bran Buds® cereal Buy Now


1. In medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, salt and pepper. Toss with corn. Add
egg, milk and margarine, stirring until combined. Pour into shallow 1-quart round
casserole coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN cereal.

2. Bake at 325° F about 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out
