- 1/2 teaspooon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped apple
1. In small bowl stir together cereal and cinnamon. Stir in yogurt and fruit. Tightly cover and refrigerate for 8 to 48 hours.
2. Before serving, spoon into serving bowl.
