Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow summer squash
- 1/2 cup very finely chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup very finely chopped and seeded tomato
- 4 teaspoons fat free Italian vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1/3 cup garlic hummus
- 24 Keebler® Club® Reduced Fat crackers Buy Now
Directions:
1. In medium bowl stir together squash, broccoli, tomato and salad dressing.
2. Spread hummus on KEEBLER CLUB Reduced Fat crackers. Spoon vegetable mixture on top of hummus. Arrange on serving tray. Serve immediately.
