Chopped Veggie Salad on Keebler® Club® Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow summer squash
  • 1/2 cup very finely chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup very finely chopped and seeded tomato
  • 4 teaspoons fat free Italian vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup garlic hummus
  • 24 Kellogg's® Club® Reduced Fat Crackers Buy Now

Directions:

1. In medium bowl stir together squash, broccoli, tomato and salad dressing.

2. Spread hummus on Kellogg's® Club® Reduced Fat Crackers. Spoon vegetable mixture on top of hummus. Arrange on serving tray. Serve immediately.
