Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 3 packages (8 oz. each) fat-free cream cheese, softened*
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated egg substitute
  • 1/3 cup Keebler® Graham Cracker Crumbs Buy Now
  • 1 cup canned cherry pie filling

Directions:

1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until combined. Add egg substitute, beating until just combined.

2. Spray 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs in pie plate. Spread cream cheese mixture over crumbs.

3. Bake at 325° F for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

4. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.

*NOTE: Soften cream cheese in microwave at high for 15 to 20 seconds.
