Caramel Crunch

  • 6 cups Kellogg's® Crispix® cereal Buy Now
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup fat-free caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup English toffee bits


1. In large microwave safe bowl combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal and sunflower seeds. Set aside.

2. In small microwave safe bowl combine ice cream topping and butter. Microwave at high for 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.

3. Microwave at high for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Mix in toffee bits. Spread on wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
