Bran pancakes

A deliciously hearty makeover for a family favorite! Try them this weekend!

1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, beat egg until foamy. Stir in milk and KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN
cereal. Let stand 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add flour mixture, stirring to
combine. Let stand 5 minutes.

3. Portion batter, using 1/4 cup for each pancake, onto preheated griddle coated with
cooking spray. Turn once, cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with
syrup or fruit sauce, if desired.
